That level of commitment and follow-through is something you rarely see. What also became very clear throughout the process was that Trevor wasn’t just focused on making a sale. He genuinely cared about what was best for our family and took the time to help us think through major decisions without pressure. That kind of honesty and support is hard to find. When it came to negotiations, Trevor struck the perfect balance of being aggressive when needed while still remaining flexible and professional. He guided us through counter offers with confidence and helped us make informed decisions while always respecting what we were comfortable with. One thing that also really separated Trevor from many other realtors was his understanding of the commercial and investment side of real estate. He understands the bottom line — cap rates, cash flow, expenses, interest rates, rent price points, and how to efficiently get from point A to point B with an investment property. That knowledge was incredibly valuable because he wasn’t just looking at the property emotionally — he understood the numbers and the bigger picture as well. He was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best outcome possible. We truly appreciated his communication, professionalism, and the way he consistently went above and beyond throughout both the rental and selling side of our property journey.
